Fields (8)
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| messageIdentifier BIT STRING (SIZE (16)) | Identifies the source and type of ETWS notification. |
| serialNumber BIT STRING (SIZE (16)) | Identifies variations of an ETWS notification. |
| warningMessageSegmentType ENUMERATED {notLastSegment, lastSegment} | Indicates whether the included ETWS warning message segment is the last segment or not. If warning area coordinates are provided for the warning message, then this field applies to both warning message segment and warning area coordinates segment. |
| warningMessageSegmentNumber INTEGER (0..63) | Segment number of the ETWS warning message segment contained in the SIB. A segment number of zero corresponds to the first segment, A segment number of one corresponds to the second segment, and so on. If warning area coordinates are provided for the warning message, then this field applies to both warning message segment and warning area coordinates segment. |
| warningMessageSegment OCTET STRING | Carries a segment of the Warning Message Contents IE. |
| dataCodingScheme OCTET STRING (SIZE (1)) · OPTIONAL Cond Segment1 | Identifies the alphabet/coding and the language applied variations of an ETWS notification. |
| lateNonCriticalExtension OCTET STRING · OPTIONAL | |
| warningAreaCoordinatesSegment-r19 OCTET STRING · OPTIONAL Need R since v19.0.0 | Carries a segment, with one or more octets, of the geographical area where the ETWS warning message is valid as defined in TS 23.041 [29]. The first octet of the first warningAreaCoordinatesSegment is equivalent to the first octet of Warning Area Coordinates IE defined in and encoded according to TS 23.041 [29] and so on. |
