Q-QualMin is an RRC information element of 3GPP TS 38.331 (38331), the 5G NR Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol.

Definition

The IE Q-QualMin is used to indicate for cell selection/ re-selection the required minimum received RSRQ level in the (NR) cell. Corresponds to parameter Q qualmin in TS 38.304 [20]. Actual value Q qualmin = field value [dB].
