If the first active DL BWP included in this RRC message is configured with nonCellDefiningSSB-r17 , this field corresponds to the NCD-SSB indicated by nonCellDefiningSSB-r17 , otherwise, this field corresponds to the CD-SSB indicated by absoluteFrequencySSB in frequencyInfoDL .
