The t-SearchDeltaP-Connected is the parameter "T SearchDeltaP-Connected ". Value s5 means 5 seconds, value s10 means 10 seconds and so on. Low mobility criterion is configured in NR PCell for the case of NR SA/ NR CA/ NE-DC/NR-DC, and in the NR PSCell for the case of EN-DC.
